As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role at Extendicare’s Laurier Manor, a 242-bed long-term care home. This casual position allows for flexible shifts including days, evenings, and nights. You will oversee nursing and personal care staff, ensuring each resident receives tailored care through comprehensive planning and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide guidance and leadership to nursing and personal care staff
Requirements:
• Active registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the provincial College of Nurses
