As a Registered Practical Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, your role focuses on planned, goal-directed nursing tailored to residents' needs. You will conduct assessments, document care, administer treatments, and facilitate educational opportunities for residents and families. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-oriented nursing care to residents

• Complete clinical assessments and care plans accurately

• Administer medications and treatments per regulations

• Coordinate care assignments within the nursing team

• Facilitate resident education and family involvement

Requirements:

• Current registration as an RPN in your province

• Experience with elderly care preferred

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Recent Vulnerable Position Screening within 6 months
