As a vital member of the Critical Care Flex Team, you'll gain specialized training in both the Neonatal ICU and Pediatric ICU s role requires you to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for critically ill infants and children, alongside families and multidisciplinary teams. You'll also focus on promoting wellness and ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient and family nursing care

• Implement nursing standards as per regulatory guidelines

• Provide educational support and wellness promotion

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (Preferred)

• Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum two years of pediatric acute care experience

• Current PALS certification within 12 months of hiring

• Strong communication and family-centered care skills
