Position: Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse Days
Join Sienna at Granite Ride as a part-time Registered Practical Nurse, working biweekly on days. Elevate resident care through compassion and nursing expertise while ensuring comfort and dignity.
This role is vital for our long-term care community, focusing on quality nursing and personal care for our residents. You will collaborate with a dedicated team while supporting both residents and families. Engage daily with seniors in a welcoming environment, making meaningful contributions to their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care as per physician orders and care plans

• Deliver excellent nursing and personal care using sound principles

• Create supportive environments through effective communication

• Oversee resident care and provide guidance to team members

• Conduct admission, readmission, and ongoing assessments
Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College

• Experience in geriatrics and senior health preferred

• Demonstrated good judgement and risk assessment abilities

• Ability to foster a positive work environment

• Pass a Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Record Check
