Hourly Rate: $40.24 – $57.68 (effective April 1, 2025).

We can offer a $25,000 incentive through CCPN for eligible nurses in exchange for a 2‑year commitment to Arnprior Regional Health. The hospital also pays ACLS, offers $35/month onsite parking, bursary and bridging programs for continued education, tuition relief programs, and more.

Required

• Baccalaureate/Diploma in Nursing
• Current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario and membership in good standing
• Current BCLS, ACLS required or successful completion within the period of orientation
• Coronary Care Course or EKG interpretation skills preferred or required within first year of employment
• ER course complete or Emergency Nursing Certificate preferred
• Current IV therapy administration skills
• Commitment to continued education related to the position
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand, interpret and carry out verbal and written instructions in English
• Ability to work effectively with the nursing and inter‑professional team
• Demonstrated computer competency

Preferred

• Recent ER experience
• Canadian Triage Acuity Scale (CTAS) certification
• Canadian Emergency or Critical Care certification
