The Registered Nurse will bring at least six months of surgical nursing experience to our diverse team. You'll assess patients, provide critical education, and collaborate seamlessly with other health professionals. With a focus on continuous improvement and effective communication, you'll be integral to achieving outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate care to surgical patients
• Assess learning needs and develop teaching plans
• Work as a team member in patient care settings
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Engage in self-evaluation for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Must hold a certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least six months surgical nursing experience
• Demonstrated application of nursing knowledge
• Positive attitude towards patients and team members
• Authorization to work in Canada
