Applicants should have recent surgical experience and demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning in nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver post-operative care to surgical patients
• Assess patient needs and plan teaching strategies
• Contribute actively as part of the healthcare team
• Perform wound care and manage ostomy concerns
• Participate in self-evaluation and audit processes
Requirements:
• Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Recent experience in acute surgical settings
• Strong communication abilities with various stakeholders
• Eligible for work within Canada
