Make a difference in community health as a part-time Registered Nurse, following established nursing standards. This role involves patient care management and teamwork in a supportive environment.
As a vital member of the nursing staff, you will provide high-quality care and monitor the well-being of residents. The Registered Nurse must assist in conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans while leading a team of caregivers. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care based on established standards and physician directives
• Collaborate on care plans and monitor patient progress
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Manage staff issues and perform appraisals when necessary
• Provide guidance in the absence of the Director of Care
Requirements:
• Current competence certification from accredited institutions
• Registered or eligible for province-level registration
• Experience in community or long-term caregiving
• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities
