This position is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment until approximately October 15, 2027. You will engage deeply with patients and families, implementing comprehensive care strategies, optimizing conditions, and managing complications. Strong organizational and collaboration skills are essential to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Manage co-morbid illnesses and optimize pain management
• Promote safety initiatives and manage discharge processes
• Lead patient care activities and provide education
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing
• Two years in acute care settings
• Minimum 3–5 years in acute cardiac care
• Licensed to prescribe controlled substances
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
