INTEGRAcare invites an enthusiastic Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our caring team to enhance our client care coordination efforts. In this full-time role, you will create and maintain individualized care plans, overseeing caregiver teams while fostering a supportive environment. Your commitment to teaching and coaching new hires will help elevate the quality of care we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary nursing support and manage client care

• Develop and coordinate dynamic individual care plans

• Coach and lead teams of caregivers in best practices

• Assist with onboarding and orientations for new hires

• Participate in on-call rotations and team-building events

Requirements:

• Valid CNO registration required

• 1–2 years of nursing experience is preferred

• Proficient in both English and French

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Valid driver's license in good standing
