Hours of Work
Temporary Part‑time. Current schedule:
Day‑Night 12‑hour shifts.
Salary
Salary of Registered Nurse as per O.N.A. Collective Agreement.

Pre‑condition of Employment
All new HGH employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Police Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.
As of now, HGH will require all employees, physicians, learners, contractors and volunteers to be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19.
What we are looking for
Requirements
Qualifications
Certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario (or eligible).
CPR and ACLS certification.
Successful completion of a critical care course would be an asset.
Experience
One year critical care nursing experience within the last three years.
Skills / Abilities
Ability to work effectively as an active member of the health care team.
Proven ability to attend work regularly.
Critical thinking.
Leadership skills.
Possess a working knowledge of both official languages.
Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment.
Ability to demonstrate competence in practice through the integration of knowledge and skills in order to perform nursing interventions competently.
Patient assessment.
