Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to clients across diverse healthcare settings. • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Completion of an accredited nursing education program (Diploma, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in direct patient care within a clinical setting.

• Experience or certification in wound care management.
• Pediatric nursing experience or specialized training.
• Experience with client education programs and advocacy initiatives.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology.

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
• Perform wound care management and telemetry monitoring to ensure patient safety and recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies.
• Advocate for patients’ rights and needs within the healthcare system to ensure ethical and effective care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver nursing care in medical, surgical, and pediatric settings, adapting to the specific requirements of each.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices to uphold quality standards.
