Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient needs and progress
- Plan and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Provide education and support for families
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
- Utilize critical care ventilation techniques when necessary
- Current Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum 2 years of neonatal nursing experience
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred
