Position: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner
Join ByWard Family Health Team as a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Ottawa, ON. Provide comprehensive healthcare services, promoting health and managing chronic diseases in a hybrid work model.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering patient care within our interdisciplinary team. This position requires effective communication skills and demonstrated nursing expertise. You will initiate and manage the care of patients, evaluate care plans, and integrate best practices into clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care plans within NP scope of practice

• Evaluate patient compliance and health outcomes

• Collaborate on development of community health objectives

• Integrate current evidence-based research into practice

• Ensure safety for patients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Current RN Extended Class certificate and registration

• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience as NP

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Excellent health assessment and problem-solving skills

• Completed controlled substance prescription education
