Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with interdisciplinary teams for care planning

• Provide leadership and evaluation of staff performance

• Support patient education and complex care needs

• Ensure compliance with relevant nursing standards

• Foster a positive work culture among staff
Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Ontario

• Experience working with the elderly and care providers

• Proficient in communication, critical thinking, and coordination

• Competent in Microsoft Office suite

• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening required
