This Nursing Supervisor position is designed for those passionate about ensuring patient safety and effective care delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to internal and external patient referrals in a timely manner
• Conduct comprehensive assessments using established guidelines
• Document essential client information for effective care
• Monitor risks and ensure safety in caregiving
• Promote excellence through effective team coaching
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse with CNO registration
• Two years of supervisory experience in health services
• Class G Ontario driver's license required
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Availability for on-call duties every four weeks
