We are looking for a Registered Practical Nurse who has completed a 2-year diploma and is in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive care plans for patients
• Assess patients and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams
• Provide wound care nursing expertise
• Teach and mentor new nursing staff
Requirements:
• 2-year Community College Diploma completed
• CPR certification current and valid
• Knowledge of Chronic Illnesses required
• Proficient with Point Click Care (PCC)
• Proven critical thinking and communication skills
