Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage comprehensive patient care
• Assess effectiveness of care plans regularly
• Collaborate in goal and service development
• Implement evidence-based clinical practice
• Ensure safety for patients and team members
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse Extended Class certification
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• At least two years of NP clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment and analytical skills
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
