CBI Home Health is hiring Registered Practical Nurses to support communities throughout Ottawa. This role focuses on delivering personalized nursing services across multiple settings. Utilize your expertise in areas such as wound care, medication administration, and pediatric care while contributing to a collaborative health team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures
• Engage in health education and family support
• Provide compassionate care in various environments
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to meet client needs
• Document client care accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
• College of Nurses of Ontario registration required
• Professional Liability Insurance necessary
• Experience in pediatric care a plus
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong critical thinking and verbal communication skills
