Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan care based on patient assessments

• Document nursing activities per CNO standards

• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals

• Support students through preceptorship placements

• Utilize Point Click Care and Point of Care tools

Requirements:

• Must hold a diploma in Practical Nursing

• Maintain current CPR certification

• Familiarity with common chronic illnesses

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with IV therapy and critical thinking
