Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care according to policies and plans

• Ensure quality nursing and personal care standards

• Maintain a welcoming community atmosphere

• Engage in regular resident and family communication

• Supervise and guide Personal Support Workers on the unit

Requirements:

• Registration with Ontario College of Nurses required

• Expertise in Geriatrics and senior health preferred

• Excellent judgement for risk assessment

• Ability to maintain a positive and collaborative team

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check necessary
