Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure medical care delivery to LTC residents
• Manage chronic conditions collaboratively with MDs
• Educate clients and staff in clinical settings
• Offer superior customer service to enhance patient experience
• Engage in care conferencing and quality improvement projects
Requirements:
• Completion of a certified Nurse Practitioner program
• Current extended class certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience with geriatric care preferred
• Liability coverage and vulnerable sector police check
• Open to new graduates
