POSITION TYPE : Permanent, Part-time, Rotation (Day/Evening), 15 hours / pay period, 0.2 FTE
SALARY SCALE : $37.323 to $38.663 per hour

Reporting to Clinical Manager, as a member of the interdisciplinary team you will deliver safe, effective, patient‑centered, ethical and evidence‑based nursing care to patients according to scope of practice and in accordance with Bruyère Health policies, procedures and standards and with the College of Nurses of Ontario standards. You will communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients and their loved ones, colleagues and other health discipline members.

Required :
- Successful completion of RPN medication administration course or equivalent
- Valid certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Level C certificate
Preferred :
- Membership in Registered Practical Nurses' Association of Ontario (RPNAO)
- Interest/knowledge of renal disease (Hemodialysis and/or peritoneal dialysis)
- Successful completion of the mandatory peritoneal dialysis training, provided by the hospital (on the unit), within the established timeline
- Fluent in French and English
- Motivated towards professional growth and development
- Superior communication, organizational, interpersonal skills
- Leadership, decision‑making and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work within an interdisciplinary team
- Able to work under pressure and to adapt to change
