Position: Nurse Practitioner Leadership Role
Drive clinical excellence at the NB Virtual Care Clinic as a Nurse Practitioner in a leadership role. Oversee operations, mentor staff, and enhance evidence-based practices.

This position involves overseeing the clinical operations for Nurse Practitioners and mentoring team members on complex care issues. You will actively support the development of policies and protocols, identify improvement opportunities, and serve as an on-call NP for consultations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations for Nurse Practitioners

• Mentor team members on complex care issues

• Support development of evidence-based protocols

• Identify opportunities for clinical service enhancements

• Serve as an on-call NP for escalated scenarios

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years NP practice experience

• Experience in a virtual care environment preferred

• Proficient at interpreting clinical performance metrics

• Master of Nursing degree required

• Valid NANB registration in good standing
