Position: Rehabilitation Registered Practical Nurse Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ethical and evidence-based nursing care

• Maintain clear communication with patients and medical teams

• Complete required certification and training within timelines

• Contribute positively within an interdisciplinary team

• Administer medications safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Completion of RPN medication administration course

• Valid College of Nurses of Ontario registration

• Current BLS CPR Level C certification

• Fluent in French and English is an asset

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
