Position: Bayshore RPN/LPN for Palliative Care
Join Bayshore Health Care as an RPN/LPN, focusing on palliative care during 8-hour night shifts from 23:00 to 07:00. Deliver compassionate care for all ages in home settings.
As a part of Bayshore's dedicated team, you will provide clinical nursing care for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric. This position involves delivering palliative care with an emphasis on comfort and safety, documenting patient progress accurately, and collaborating with families and healthcare teams to enhance patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care across the life spectrum

• Deliver comfortable and dignified palliative care

• Document and communicate clinical information effectively

• Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and families

• Adhere to regulatory requirements and professional standards
Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

• Valid RPN or LPN registration

• Valid CPR certification

• Driver's license and reliable transportation

• Available for night shifts from 23:00 to 07:00
