INTEGRAcare Nurse Manager Position

In this full-time position, you will report to the Director of INTEGRAcare East.
Your role involves creating and modifying care plans, coaching caregivers, and advocating for client dignity. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assure that clients receive comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee care for INTEGRAcare clients with tailored plans
• Coordinate Caregiver schedules for optimal care delivery
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees
• Participate in an on-call rotation for client needs
• Engage in company events to enhance team spirit
Requirements:
• Valid CNO Registration required
• 1-2 years nursing experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and good standing
