In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for pediatric patients al candidates will bring two years of pediatric experience and a strong commitment to patient education. You will work within the standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario and the hospital to promote optimal patient health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients
• Implement nursing care plans tailored to individual needs
• Educate families about wellness and care processes
• Uphold high standards of nursing practice and ethics
• Engage with both families and healthcare teams actively
Requirements:
• Certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR certification
• 2 years of pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Strong family-centered care skills
• Bilingual English/French preferred
