Role Overview

Integracare is actively looking for Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to provide private nursing care and personal support services at clients' homes, hospitals, retirement residences, and long‑term care facilities in Toronto.

• Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to clients with various conditions.
• Advocate for clients' needs.
• Monitor and report any changes to the clients' condition.
• Ensure the privacy and dignity of clients while providing care.
• Administer medication, wound care, vital assessment, and liaise with physicians.
• Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments, and client needs.
• Create moments of joy for clients during your care.

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Community home care experience is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and communication skills are required.
• RPNs with Dementia Care Education and Experience are preferred.

Job Type: Part‑time, Casual. Salary: $32.50 per hour.
