Riverstone Retirement Communities seeks a dedicated RPN to enhance the quality of resident care. With a current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, you’ll utilize your supervisory skills and experience in geriatric settings. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and evaluating resident care quality
• Deliver reports at shift changes and document observations
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor resident well-being
• Supervise medication administration as ordered
• Ensure compliance with care policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Current RPN registration and medication certification
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Minimum two years’ experience in a geriatric setting
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
• Experience in supervising care personnel
