Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient referrals and assessments efficiently

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse with current CNO registration
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s license
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
