Enhance your nursing career as a Registered Nurse on the 7

This role in a 40-bed unit is integral to supporting patients through their recovery from advanced surgical procedures. You will be responsible for patient assessments, wound care management, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. Ongoing education and self-evaluation are encouraged to elevate your practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver post-surgical care for a range of surgical patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and initiate education
• Collaborate effectively within the healthcare team
• Oversee wound care, including vacuum-assisted therapies
• Partake in continuous professional development activities
Requirements:
• Valid registration from College of Nurses of Ontario
• Recent experience in acute surgical nursing settings
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Commitment to nursing standards and continuous learning
