At The Hospital for Sick Children, we seek dedicated professionals for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. In this full-time position, you will integrate clinical practice, education, and leadership. Lead interprofessional initiatives while advancing quality care for families and infants within the Neonatology Program. Your mentorship will nurture future nursing talent, enhancing the overall care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill newborns in the NICU

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans effectively

• Lead efforts to advance clinical practice and safety

• Mentor nursing and interprofessional colleagues

• Integrate research innovations to enhance patient care

Requirements:

• Master of Nursing or equivalent with clinical focus

• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program with neonatal focus

• Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum three years of clinical experience in neonatology

• Proven leadership and change management skills
