Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement nursing care for patients

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings

• Support RPN students through mentorship initiatives

• Adhere to patient safety plans and hospital policies

• Maintain valid practical nursing registration

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Diploma in Practical Nursing is mandatory

• Clinical experience preferred but not essential

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
