You will play a key role in developing healthcare plans and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. A strong foundation in nursing assessments and supervisory skills is crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on developing health care plans for residents

• Report and document nursing assessments and concerns

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents

• Administer medication and monitor compliance

• Guide and orient new care staff as needed

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications

• Experience in geriatrics, ideally two years or more

• Ability to adapt and work as part of a team

• Management skills for departmental oversight when necessary
