About the RoleWe are seeking a forward‑thinking Registered Nurse to join our innovative team at CLC.
As our Nurse, you will play a vital role in our preventative, longevity‑focused approach to cardiovascular health. You will work alongside our cardiologist and current nurse practitioner to:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments similar to an annual primary care assessment.
- Monitor individualized lifestyle plans encompassing nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management.
- Guide patients through their longevity optimization journey.
- Educate clients on proactive health management and age‑related disease prevention.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN) license from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with electronic medical records and documentation.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
