As a Registered Nurse in the Rural Waterloo region, you will enjoy working within your full scope while participating in ongoing learning opportunities. This role involves creating individualized care plans and providing services in home settings, clinics, and schools, while working closely with families and an interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized Community Health Care Plans
• Provide nursing services in various settings
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual care
Requirements:
• RN degree or RPN diploma needed
• Current CNO membership in positive standing
• Required driver’s license for travel
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Valid immunization record including TB test
