As a full-time, part-time, or casual Registered Nurse, you will work varied hours from 8 AM to 8 PM, offering nursing services in multiple settings, including home care and clinics. Collaborate with dedicated care teams, develop meaningful care plans, and engage with patients to provide exceptional nursing care while maintaining their dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized Care Plans consistent with patient needs
• Offer services in-home, clinics, and schools
• Provide nursing care in person and virtually
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Collaborate with other health professionals
Requirements:
• RN or RPN degree or diploma required
• Good standing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Proficient in English communication
• Current immunization records, including TB test
