Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive health care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Foster teamwork and consensus in treatment plans
• Lead initiatives to enhance clinical practice quality
• Support professional development through mentoring
• Evaluate and integrate new research for improved care
Requirements:
• Master of Nursing or similar with clinical focus
• Nurse Practitioner program completion with neonatal emphasis
• In good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least three years of clinical nursing experience
• Proven leadership capabilities and teamwork facilitation
Your expertise will help guide Sick Kids in achieving equitable health outcomes for children and families.
