Psychiatric Stabilization Licensed Practical Nurse

This full-time L07 role involves delivering specialized nursing care as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team. You’ll be responsible for patient treatments and developing tailored nursing care plans that cater to individual patient needs. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to teach are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing services under management supervision

• Conduct patient treatments and supportive measures

• Implement and manage individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with patients and staff

• Facilitate skill development in nursing practices

Requirements:

• Certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Yukon

• Valid CPR Certification

• At least 6 months of relevant nursing experience

• Continuing education in specialty nursing desirable

• Basic computer literacy is necessary
