In this position, you'll creatively employ the nursing process to provide exceptional care for children undergoing surgery. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and assess patient conditions pre- and post-surgery
• Educate families on treatment options and care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care
• Adhere to established nursing standards and guidelines
• Continuously enhance your nursing skills through training
Requirements:
• Current Nursing Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR Certification required
• Minimum two years in pediatric surgery is preferred
• Operating Room Technique certification required
• Bilingual in French/English is a plus
