• Conduct mental and physical assessments for patients

Requirements:

• Master's degree in nursing or BSCN and NP certification

• Minimum of 5 years experience as required

• Active RN registration in Ontario (Extended Class)

• Specialty NP certification in Primary Health Care or Adult NP

• Strong communication capabilities in English
