We are seeking a Director of Care for our Carlingwood Retirement Community, focused on enhancing each resident's quality of life. In this role, you will be responsible for managing care plans, overseeing staff training, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Your leadership will help cultivate a supportive environment where staff and residents actively engage and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and evaluate nursing care quality

• Develop training programs for nursing staff

• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards

• Manage nursing services budget effectively

• Supervise medication administration and QA audits

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in good standing with Ontario's nursing authority

• Minimum three years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with MS Office and payroll systems

• Bilingual in French and English is preferred

• Adaptability and a strong commitment to senior care
