Our smaller hospital seeks full-time Critical Care Nurses for multiple specialties, including ICU and Emergency Room. With a supportive atmosphere and a focus on training and development, you will enhance your skills during a comprehensive orientation of 6 to 14 weeks. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert nursing care to patients in critical condition
• Conduct vital sign checks and gather patient history
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive treatment
• Educate patients and their families in care practices
• Document patient progress and treatment accurately
Requirements:
• Must possess Canadian citizenship (TN visa)
• Successful completion of the NCLEX
• At least a 2-year commitment required
• CPR certification needed
• Experience in diverse healthcare settings preferred
