Bayshore Health Care seeks passionate Registered Practical Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses for evening shifts. This role involves delivering tailored, compassionate nursing care to clients in their homes between 15:00 and 23:00. Your mission will be to enhance the well-being and comfort of patients while ensuring high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized nursing care to community clients
• Conduct thorough assessments to guide care decisions
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Foster relationships with patients and families for support
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to health standards
Requirements:
• Must possess valid RPN or LPN registration
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Clear background check with vulnerable sector screening
