As an advanced practice nurse, you will utilize your Master of Nursing or Post-Graduate Practitioner Certificate. This position requires strong skills in assessment, treatment, and the ability to work with interdisciplinary teams. You will independently and collaboratively care for clients while participating in peer reviews to evaluate service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic care at the Urgent Care Centre
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Assess community for primary care needs
• Lead process improvement projects in clinical settings
• Utilize critical thinking in patient care
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year as a Nurse Practitioner
• 3 years as an RN in critical care or ER
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Registered Nurse Practitioner status with CRNS
• BLS-C and ACLS certifications
