Overview

Key Responsibilities- Ensure medical care delivery to LTC residents
- Manage chronic conditions collaboratively with MDs
- Educate clients and staff in clinical settings
- Offer superior customer service to enhance patient experience
- Engage in care conferencing and quality improvement projects
- Completion of a certified Nurse Practitioner program
- Current extended class certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Experience with geriatric care preferred
- Liability coverage and vulnerable sector police check
- Open to current graduates
