As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide one-on-one nursing support in clients' homes. This role requires utilizing a care plan, ensuring safety, and posing meticulous documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual in-home nursing support for clients
• Execute care plans as outlined by Care Designers
• Meet safety needs using proper equipment
• Practice competently within your experience level
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
• 1 year of prior nursing experience
• English verbal and written communication skills
• Registration proof with CNO
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
• Valid driver’s license preferred
