Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary health care services across all ages

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum two years as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care

• Expertise in mental health and addiction support

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
