SE Health, in partnership with CHEO, is searching for dedicated Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) to serve as School Nurses. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. Experience a supportive environment, complete with training opportunities, flexible school hours, and summers off, ideal for those with family commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive client assessments and develop care plans
• Lead care for assigned client caseloads in collaboration with teams
• Connect clients with community support services during transitions
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Flexible and adaptable with excellent organizational skills
• CPR certificate and driver's license required
• Proven skills in independent and team environments
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
